This notice covers personal data collected through delvair.com. If you are a customer's user, how we handle data inside the platform is covered by our data processing terms.
1. Who we are

2. What we collect
- Demo requests. When you use the Book a demo form we collect your name, company, email address, phone number, team size, current software, any message you write, and the time of the request.
- Emails and calls. If you contact us, we keep your message and our replies.
- Technical data. Our hosting provider may process standard server information, such as IP address and request details, to deliver the site and keep it secure.
We do not use analytics or advertising trackers on this website, and we do not set cookies.
3. Why we use it and our lawful basis

We do not use your details for marketing beyond your request unless you separately agree.
4. Who we share it with
- Google Cloud / Firebase, which hosts the website and stores demo requests in the United Kingdom (London).

We do not sell your data. We may share it where the law requires.
5. How long we keep it
Demo requests are kept for 12 months, then deleted. Other correspondence is kept only as long as needed for the purpose, or as the law requires.
6. Your rights
You can ask to see your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, or ask for a copy in a portable form. Email delvairsoftware@gmail.com and we will respond within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
7. Security and transfers
We use hosting with encryption and strict access controls. Data is stored in the UK. If it is ever transferred outside the UK, we make sure an appropriate safeguard applies.
8. Changes
We will update this notice if our practices change and show the new version and date at the top of the page.
